Eva Maria Hille

Short CV

Eva Maria Hille works as Research Assistant at the young research group Ethics and Governance of Emerging Technologies at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. She studied Protestant theology in Erlangen and Orthodox theology in Bucharest. From 2015 to 2021, she was a scholarship holder of the Deutschlandstipendium and studied and worked in different places abroad. Since completing her studies in 2021, she has been working in the Collaborative Research Centre 1483 “EmpkinS” funded by the German Research Foundation. Here, she examines the normative procedural conditions of social value attitudes and attitudinal patterns in the context of new AI-based sensor technologies in the health sector. Within her PhD thesis, she investigates the impact of algorithmic systems on discrimination as well as marginalization in health contexts.
